We partner with both Titus and Enhancify to give you flexible ways to cover staging costs: pay nothing upfront, or spread the cost into manageable monthly payments.

Option 1: Titus

Staging your home should not require paying for it before you see your sale proceeds. Through our partnership with Titus, it does not have to. Titus pays Satori the full staging fee at the start of your project. You pay nothing until your home closes. The staging fee plus a small service charge is collected from your escrow proceeds, not your pocket today.

Titus service fee

Titus charges a 3.99% service fee on the total staging amount. This is collected at closing alongside the staging fee. Nothing is due before then.

Prefer monthly payments instead?

Enhancify connects you with a network of lending partners so you can finance your staging cost and pay it off over time, rather than waiting until closing. A soft credit check lets you see offers without affecting your credit score.

Compare lender offers

Enhancify is not a lender itself. It matches you with offers from its network of lending partners so you can compare rates and terms and choose what fits.

Monthly payments

If approved, you repay your chosen lender in monthly installments rather than at closing, useful if you'd rather not wait for escrow.
